This notice explains how the website handles information submitted through the contact form. Project data transfer and confidentiality arrangements need to be agreed separately.
What the form records
The form records your name, email address, selected inquiry topic and message, along with any company, project location, volume or timing details you choose to provide. It also stores an inquiry reference, submission time, source page and review status.
Where it goes
Inquiries are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database and displayed in a password-protected team review area. The information supports reviewing your request and responding to you. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Cloudflare Email Sending delivers your inquiry details, including your contact information and project message, to the company’s internal inquiry mailbox so the team can review and respond directly. A copy remains in the protected review area. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email to you.
Hosting and access cookies
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes web requests to serve it. Team members who sign in to the private review area receive an access cookie that expires after seven days. Public browsing and submitting an inquiry do not require that team cookie.
Keep project data out of the form
Send a description only. Do not include passwords, source-data download links, controlled or classified information, or personal information about other people. Describe confidentiality or transfer requirements so they can be discussed before a sample is shared.
Questions about an inquiry record
Use the privacy-request option on the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of an inquiry. Include its reference if available and use the email address from the original inquiry. Do not include identity documents in the form.
The inquiry system does not currently apply an automatic deletion period. You can use the same privacy-request option to ask how long your record will be kept.
